Overview
We are the DeCoste family and we welcome you to this place. When you visit you will see that FireLoch is shared space – a place for you to come and engage as well as a place for our children to grow up connected with their community and with nature. We welcome you to join us in the forest for community, care, and continuous learning. Gather around a fire circle, play outdoor games with friends and colleagues, cleanse in the forest sauna, learn at the folkschool! We are an inclusive and affirming gathering place, intentionally hosting space for building joy and connection. We welcome those with a passion for learning, an interest in challenging existing systems and folks ready to wander new paths.
Snowy the dog is our official greeter and Walter the cat will also visit anyone who comes into the parking lot but no matter what they tell you – animals aren’t allowed in the barn or dome.
