Belonging to the Antigonish Chamber of Commerce has been beneficial on many levels. We’ve been given great opportunities such as networking, information sharing, educational seminars, and guest speakers that provide new perspectives on various topics. We feel connected and informed about what is going on in our business area and beyond. Dealing with issues as a group provides us much more strength. The Chamber is a great place to promote your own business as well as Antigonish itself.

As a business owner who has “come from away”, I have found being a member of the Antigonish Chamber of Commerce to be instrumental in integrating into the business community. Through breakfast meetings, awards dinner, and the President’s Dinner and Annual General Meeting, I have been able to network with other business owners and service providers in the area. The Chamber is also an excellent resource when trying to find a local service provider for my clients specific needs. Add in the credibility being a member gives your organization, and the feeling of contributing to community development, and membership becomes a no-brainer for any business that operates in or around the Antigonish area.
