The Antigonish Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the CIBC are proud to present the second edition of this annual award. The recipient will be honored at the President's Dinner and the recipient's charity/organization of choice will be receive a cheque of $500.00 in their honour.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau attended a Community BBQ today at St. Francis Xavier University as part of his tour of Nova Scotia. At an announcement earlier this morning, he promised $90 million to twin a dangerous stretch of Nova Scotia's Highway 104 from Sutherlands River to Antigonish, which has been the site of many fatal car crashes.
"From one business owner to another, I strongly encourage all to be fully informed regarding the Business Improvement District Initiative (Business Levy) regardless if you are for it or against it. We need everyone to be fully aware of the facts before voting. If this is handled correctly this could be very beneficial to the business and residential community. The Town of Antigonish needs and wants your input, questions and concerns"
